Verseres & Co. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (optional), and the items in your cart. Payment is processed by our processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square) — we do not see or store your card number, only a transaction ID and the last four digits for receipts and refunds.

We use minimal anonymous analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell or trade your personal information. Ever.

How we use it

To fulfill your order, send shipping confirmations, handle returns, and answer any email you send us. If you opt into our occasional studio newsletter, we'll write to you no more than once a month with new arrivals.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to remember your cart between visits. No third-party advertising trackers, no cross-site identifiers.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@verseres.com and we'll respond within one business day.
