By placing an order with Verseres & Co. you agree to the following.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — we'll always issue a full refund if we do.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order and is processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Square depending on the method you choose. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the chosen method for the full order total.

Shipping & risk of loss

Risk of loss passes to you when an order is handed to the carrier. We will help you file claims for damaged or lost packages, and we keep tracking on every order. See our Shipping policy for details.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on unused items in original packaging. Hand-poured and bespoke pieces (e.g., the marbled paperweight) are final sale. See Returns.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Verseres & Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
