Shipping

Domestic (United States)

We ship every weekday from our Sacramento studio. Orders placed before 1 PM Pacific generally leave the same day. Orders placed after, or on weekends, ship the next business day.

Standard shipping is $6.50 flat, free on orders of $50 or more. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited (1–2 day) is available at checkout for $18 flat.

International

We ship internationally on request. Email hello@verseres.com with your address and the items you'd like; we'll quote shipping and tax/duty estimates within a business day. Most orders to Canada, the UK, and Western Europe arrive within 7–14 business days via USPS International.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with the tracking number when the label is created — note that the carrier may take a day to update its first scan after pickup.

Lost or damaged

If a package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, write us at hello@verseres.com within seven days of the delivery scan. We'll work with USPS to resolve and either reship or refund.

Packaging

Every order leaves the studio in unbleached muslin and a kraft sleeve, inside recycled corrugate. We don't use plastic mailers and we don't use printed marketing inserts.
