Returns

If something we made isn't right for you, send it back. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, undamaged pieces in their original packaging.

How to return

Email hello@verseres.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond with a return label and instructions within one business day. Once the item arrives back at the studio and passes a quick check, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method, usually within five business days.

Final-sale items

Two pieces are final sale because they're poured or bound to order:

• The Marbled Glass Paperweight (each one is unique to a single pour)
• Custom-monogrammed leather goods (when offered)

Damaged or defective

If an item arrives damaged or develops a defect, we'll repair, replace, or refund — your choice — at no cost to you. Just email us with a photo within seven days of receipt.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, return the original and place a new order. We don't run direct exchanges because our stock is small and an item you wanted may sell while a return is in transit.
